We have a GREAT crew of 30+ full time residential remodeling professionals, and growing. You’ll appreciate having dependable people to work with. They show up on time and are here to work. If they aren’t, they won’t be here long… We have licensed electricians and plumbers on staff as employees as well. You’ll be responsible for overseeing projects including: Kitchen and bath remodels Flooring installs Building decks, including waterproof and covered decks, PT lumber and Trex (We are TrexPRO certified) Whole home paint jobs Roofs Building additions Full basement remodels Build garages (attached and detached) Whole home remodels You’ll be responsible for coordinating personnel and materials for jobsites and ensuring work is completed on time and on budget. You’ll coordinate permits and inspections as required. The key to your success in this role is your knowledge of the jobs and ability to make sure that the team leads have the resources they need to minimize any disruption. This requires a lot of coordination with homeowners, processing initial materials orders, change orders and supplemental materials as needed. Ensuring the right personnel are present to ensure maximum efficiency of jobs to meet timetables and budgets. This position requires more than knowledge of running jobsites. You also must be very good at working with customers and handling concerns about costs, work flow, change orders, etc. It is equally important that you understand public relations, knowing how to mediate customer objections and concerns. Having previous sales background success is a strong indicator of success in this role as much as experience doing the tasks on site. Overall it requires a unique combination of skills

• Hands on work skills, strong customer service / sales skills, and ability to coordinate logistics
• personnel and materials. This combination is what will lead to success in this role. This is not a hands on doing the job day to day role, but it is being accountable for managing anywhere from 5-10 projects on a continuous basis. Must have reliable transportation to get to jobsites throughout Tri-Cities area and a bit beyond Must be available to work Monday through Friday 8am
• 4:30pm with routine night and weekend hours coordinating jobs’ materials, personnel, resources, etc.
