Project Manager 4.0 4.0 out of 5 stars Franklin, TN 37067 Project Manager A leader in the automotive training industry is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team in our Franklin, TN Headquarters. The Project Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day project details for client and internal teams. The Project Manager will ensure the project meets client strategic objectives, and is delivered on time and on budget. Responsibilities Develop, maintain, and manage status reports, project plans, timelines and budgets with a client service focus Facilitate definitions of project scope, goals and deliverables Conduct weekly status client meetings and internal departmental meetings Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs Define project tasks and resource requirements Ensure projects are cost-effective Manage project resource allocation Track project deliverables using appropriate tools Provide direction and support to project team Communicate with team on a regular basis Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions Project analysis and assessment of results Capture lessons learned during the project life cycle and ensure that lessons are applied to future projects Requirements College degree preferred Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management; training and/or automotive industry a plus Detailed-oriented with strong organizational, planning, and tracking skills required Must exhibit critical thinking and problem solving skills Ability to handle several projects simultaneously and to prioritize in a fast-paced environment Be adaptable and adjust to changing project scopes and timelines Ability to handle a variety of responsibilities with little supervision Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communications skills Must possess a friendly and professional attitude; a true team player Must exhibit good judgment Professional demeanor with a high energy level, strong work ethic and punctuality Master in all Microsoft Office applications with strong emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint Availability to travel as needed (less than 5%) Salary Competitive salary based on experience Our benefits package includes: Group Health and Dental Insurance, 401k, Vacation, Sick/Personal Time.
