Description We’re seeking a strategic and motivated Ecommerce Project Manager to help drive our digital customer experience initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing e-commerce and digital projects from inception to completion – that transform how we connect with customers and accelerate our business growth. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning:

Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.

Team Coordination:

Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, marketers, and external vendors.

Stakeholder Management:

Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency.

Budget Management:

Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effective solutions.

Risk Management:

Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.

Performance Tracking:

Track and analyze project performance metrics, providing regular reports to stakeholders.

Technology Implementation:

Oversee the implementation of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing tools, and other technology solutions.

Quality Assurance:

Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements.

Continuous Improvement:

Stay updated with the latest e-commerce and marketing technology trends and best practices. Requirements Qualifications

Experience:

7 years of project management experience, with a strong focus on ecommerce and digital marketing technology

Skills:

• Proven track record of successful project deliveries
• Deep understanding of digital marketing and ecommerce ecosystems
• Proficiency in Agile and Scrum methodologies
• Advanced analytical and strategic planning capabilities
• Communicate project status, progress, and challenges with clarity and transparency.
• Foster collaboration and alignment across diverse teams and external vendors

Preferred Certifications:

• PMP (Project Management Professional)
• Scrum Master Certification
• Google Analytics Certification Required Tools and Software Proficiency
• Successful candidates should be comfortable and experienced with the following tools and software (or equivalents):
