The Role:
We are seeking a results-driven Project Manager to oversee the end-to-end execution of our sports surfacing projects. From managing crews and client communication to material procurement and quality control-you’ll play a key role in delivering high-performance surfaces, on time and on budget.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the point person between clients, crews, and the company to ensure smooth project execution. Monitor site performance and ensure all specifications, safety regulations, and timelines are met. Manage subcontractors, materials, freight, and schedules with precision. Lead the submittal and documentation process, including change orders and final invoicing. Ensure site visits and installations maintain the highest quality and customer satisfaction. Travel extensively to job sites (100% travel required) .
What We’re Looking For:
Bilingual (Spanish) strongly preferred. 5+ years of experience in project management within flooring or construction. Strong ability to read blueprints and manage construction timelines. Detail-oriented, highly organized, and excellent at multitasking. Willingness to travel and work flexible hours including occasional weekends. Strong math skills and experience with surfacing materials and installation methods.
