Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee commercial construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex construction projects, excellent problem-solving skills, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, while maintaining regular and clear communication with both clients and internal staff.

Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning & Execution:

Develop and manage project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget. Coordinate all project activities and resources to ensure successful project completion.

Client Communication:

Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and ensuring their needs and expectations are met. Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.

Team Coordination:

Collaborate with internal staff and subcontractors to ensure seamless execution of project tasks. Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork.

Problem-Solving:

Identify and address project challenges proactively. Provide effective solutions to ensure project success.

Quality Control:

Ensure that all work meets or exceeds industry standards and client expectations. Conduct regular inspections and manage any necessary corrective actions.

Safety & Compliance:

Uphold our excellent safety record by ensuring adherence to safety protocols and regulations. Maintain a zero-tolerance policy for OSHA citations or insurance claims.

Budget Management:

Oversee project budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost control. Report on financial status and manage any necessary adjustments.

Documentation & Reporting:

Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports. Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders.

Qualifications:
Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.

Experience:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the commercial construction industry.

Licenses/Certifications:

Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP) and a valid commercial general contractor license are preferred.

Skills:

Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.

Knowledge:
