We’re seeking a skilled and driven Commercial Roofing Project Manager to oversee projects from start to finish—no overnight travel required.
What You’ll Do:
- Plan, coordinate, and manage commercial roofing projects
- Collaborate with sales, estimators, subcontractors, and vendors
- Supervise field crews and ensure safety, quality, and compliance
- Serve as the main client liaison from kickoff through completion
- Monitor budgets and address cost overruns proactively
- Conduct on-site inspections and resolve field issues
- Maintain detailed documentation, permits, and reports
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years as a Project Manager in commercial roofing or construction
- Knowledge of roofing systems and installation techniques
- Proficiency in project/construction management software
- Strong leadership and organizational skills

- OSHA certification preferred
