The Project Coordinator will oversee and manage project activities, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and within budget. This role involves coordinating between various teams, handling project documentation, and maintaining communication with clients and stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution. Key Responsibilities Assist in the planning and execution of mechanical and plumbing projects
Coordinate with project teams to ensure all project requirements are met
Manage project schedules and deadlines to ensure timely completion
Maintain project documentation and prepare reports for stakeholders
Act as a point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or issues that arise
Facilitate meetings and communication between team members and stakeholders Qualifications Proven experience as a Project Coordinator in mechanical and plumbing projects
Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively
Familiarity with construction processes and industry standards
Experience in commercial and industrial projects is a plus
