Plant Operations Manager Position Available In Addison, Vermont

Plant Operations Manager Futura Energy Group Salisbury, VT 05769 Join one of the leading names in waste-to-renewable energy. As the Operations Manager , you’ll manage the operations and maintenance teams at an anaerobic digestion site in Salisbury, VT.

What You’ll Do:

Manage a team of employees across operations and maintenance. Be responsible for the budget and efficiency of electric & gas output. Educate your team on the importance of health & safety. Build maintenance plans for equipment and oversee maintenance contractors on site. Handle repairs and equipment malfunctions. Draft standard operating procedures in coordination with the leadership team.

What We’re Looking For:

Significant operations leadership experience in a busy environment. Strong leadership tactics and communication skills. Ability to educate your team and external contractors on the importance of health and safety where needed. Able to lift and/or push objects weighing up to 50lbs.
