Job Description
Project Manager Constellation Inc Swanton, VT 05488 Constellation is seeking Facilities Operations Analysts to provide operational support to U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP). These roles will assist in the coordination of acquisition activities, funding and budget tracking, and the maintenance and repair of facilities across CBP sectors. The position requires strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills to ensure the efficient execution of facility operations and sustainment programs. The Facilities Operations Analyst will have these key responsibilities:
- Provide acquisition program management support, including development of Statements of Work (SOW), market research, cost estimation, and acquisition documentation.
- Track and manage budgets, funding allocations, and expenditures using systems like SAP and TRIRIGA.
- Assist in preparing Purchase Requisition Requests (PRRs) and reporting on project funding.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to support Building Operations, Maintenance, and Repair (BOMR) planning, monitoring, and reporting efforts.
- Analyze facility maintenance data and assist in developing sustainment and budget execution strategies.
- Prepare Maintenance & Repair coordination reports summarizing project status, cost, and logistics.
- Maintain data in CBP systems of record, ensuring accurate and timely updates. The ideal candidate should have the following experience, background, and credentials:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in facility management and acquisition support
- Minimum OSHA 10-hour training preferred
- Be a U.S. citizen able to pass a background investigation by the client agency. DHS clearance with CBP/ICE or DoD Top-Secret strongly preferred.
- Effective communication and presentation skills, with strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with clients understanding their needs
- Proficiency in project planning tools and software, and strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

$110,000.00 – $130,000.00 per year
