Established in 1966, we serve over 1,000 individuals annually, emphasizing community-based care and support to foster health and wellness. Summary The Unified Electronic Medical Record (UEMR) Coordinator leads the agency through various projects and tasks related to the continuous improvement of our UEMR system and processes; acts as a liaison between LCMHS and the larger UEMRVT program and advocates for agency program needs and preferences during all associated meetings and workgroups; provides insights related to myAvatar NX and other integrated modules and features to support programmatic and agency planning and decision making; guides staff through training as necessary to enhance understanding of and support optimal usage of myAvatar NX and other integrated modules and features; approaches problem solving and challenges with curiosity and an open mind while establishing and maintaining realistic expectations; recognizes opportunities for improvement in workflows that will result in increased agency efficiency, makes recommendations to agency leaders, and helps shape the changes needed to achieve these goals; demonstrates a willingness to learn new information and skills, effectively prioritizes a multi-faceted workload, and is a champion of innovation and change.
Education/Requirements:
Required:
Bachelor’s degree; experience working within an electronic healthcare record system in a clinical or administrative capacity
Preferred:
Master’s degree; experience providing services in community mental health agency or other related social service organization and documenting services within an electronic healthcare record system; experience with myAvatar NX; experience with supporting organizational change management
License/Certifications:
