Job Description:

As a Quality Check Inspector, you will be responsible for ensuring that each property is in pristine condition and ready for guests after each clean has taken place. You will perform thorough inspections using a checklist, make necessary corrections, and ensure that all details meet the Unwind standard.

Responsibilities:

Inspect homes on a flexible schedule using a detailed checklist. Make corrections in the home as needed, including but not limited to: Vacuuming Changing bulbs Changing air filters Replacing batteries or HDMI cords Cleaning grills Organizing closets Changing appliance bulbs Ensure the home is properly staged according to the checklist and pictures. Occasionally represent Unwind during new home walk-throughs with potential new owners.

Qualifications:

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Flexible schedule to accommodate varying inspection times. Basic maintenance skills (e.g., changing bulbs, air filters, batteries). Basic home cleaning experience Excellent communication skills.
