Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and licensed Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a residential and/or commercial real estate portfolio. The ideal candidate is a motivated professional who can balance tenant relations, property maintenance coordination, and compliance with landlord/tenant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily operations of assigned properties, including leasing, maintenance, inspections, and tenant relations Enforce lease terms and ensure timely rent collection and follow-up on delinquencies Coordinate and oversee repairs, maintenance, and vendor services Conduct regular property inspections and address issues promptly Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, ordinances, and regulations, including Fair Housing Maintain organized records of leases, work orders, correspondence, and financials Market and show available units, process applications, and execute lease agreements Respond promptly to tenant inquiries, concerns, and emergencies Supervise contractors, and vendors as applicable

Requirements:

Valid Alabama Real Estate License Strong understanding of landlord/tenant laws and property codes Excellent communication, organizational, and conflict-resolution skills Ability to multitask, work independently, and meet deadlines Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience in property management Experience managing HOA or commercial properties Bilingual a plus Proficient in property management software
