Property Manager ARD, Inc/Rolling Ridge Apartments 8657 US Highway 231, Wetumpka, AL 36092 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Rental Manager to oversee our rental operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing tenants and maintenance, ensuring exceptional customer service. This role requires strong communication skills, as well as the ability to manage administrative tasks effectively. The Rental Manager will play a crucial role in enhancing tenant satisfaction and maintaining a competitive edge in the market. Duties Manage and oversee all aspects of rental operations. Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive rental experience. Maintain accurate records of tenants, lease agreements, and customer interactions. Communicate effectively with customers regarding lease terms, pricing, and availability. Work with maintenance members to achieve operational goals and enhance overall performance. Skills Proven experience in rental management particularly with
USDA, HUD
housing knowledge. Strong understanding of tenant’s needs, safety and best practices. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building lasting relationships. Proficient phone etiquette for effective communication with tenants. Strong administrative skills to manage documentation and reporting accurately. Ability to communicate clearly and persuasively, both verbally and in writing.
