PAY:
$28.00 – $32.00 /HR PLUS, quarterly bonus potential up to $1,000 per quarter, $100 a week on-call bonus, and a full benefits package.
SCHEDULE
M-F 8:30-5:30PM with on-call rotation of two weeks on/four weeks off

REQUIREMENTS
This is a hands-on, working supervisor role, so you must be prepared to handle tickets, turns, snow, grounds, etc. 2+ years’ experience in maintenance (with 1 Year specifically in multi-family housing preferred) Experience managing/supervising 1+ employees HVAC certification or hands on experience is required EPA license is required CPO certification preferred but not required
