Property Operations Team Lead Monroe Avenue Apartments Birmingham, AL Job Details Full-time From $45,000 a year 15 hours ago Benefits Health insurance 401(k) Vision insurance 401(k) matching Professional development assistance Life insurance Qualifications Management Customer service English Mid-level Property leasing 3 years Section 8 Property management Full Job Description The team leader in this position must have the ability to oversee and supervise all departments to include all personnel, office staff and internal affairs, reporting, customer service, maintenance, leasing, inspections and regulatory requirements. Other duties will include, but not limited to, keeping up with market and industry changes. A broad knowledge of HUD Affordable Housing is mandatory. Past experience in working with the Section 8 Voucher program is helpful. Monroe Avenue is part Section 8• and Market Rate units. Maintaining compliance is a key component of the day to-day operations. Applicant must be flexible, hard-working, patience and caring. The person holding this position must have a good working knowledge of various software programs/computers, display great people/customer service skills and be team oriented.
