Remote Description:
Regional Property Manager A Regional Property Manager is responsible for overseeing the operations, performance, and profitability of multiple properties within a designated region. This role serves as a critical link between property owners, on-site managers, and other stakeholders, ensuring that properties are well-maintained, compliant with regulations, and financially successful. Duties include (but not limited to): Develop and monitor budgets, analyze financial reports, and ensure profitability through effective cost management. Oversee marketing and leasing efforts Oversee maintenance schedules and ensure properties remain in excellent condition Describe the overall makeup of each property in their given portfolio including strengths, weaknesses, and needs at any given time Help determine, implement, and follow up on any corrective action plans for deficiencies found at properties Address tenant concerns and maintain high levels of tenant satisfaction Supervise and train property managers and staff to optimize performance Perform any other related duties as required or assigned
