About the role:

Are you a dynamic leader with a proven track record in property management operations? E & E Capital Management is seeking a motivated Regional Manager to spearhead our company’s strategies. As the Regional Manager, you will be responsible for driving KPIs, implementing policies, and achieving financial and operational goals for our property portfolio.

Responsibilities:

Leadership and Training:

Lead and train property management staff, enforce company policies, and drive team performance.

Performance Management:

Manage the performance of the property portfolio by identifying opportunities for improvement and guiding action plans.

Staffing Excellence:

Maintain appropriate staffing levels by hiring and training team members, ensuring adherence to company values.

Development of Budgets:

Develop and oversee annual budgets, ensuring alignment with financial goals and resolving any discrepancies.

Market Insight:

Utilize market data to identify trends, devise solutions, and implement market plans to boost occupancy and revenue.

Property Maintenance:

Conduct routine property inspections to ensure adherence to standards and communicate maintenance needs.

Vendor Coordination:

Coordinate vendor services by negotiating contracts, monitoring progress, and ensuring open communication.

Compliance:

Ensure portfolio properties comply with business documents and industry standards.

Effective Reporting:

Utilize property management software and applications for reporting and documentation.

Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution

Experience:

five or more years of property management experience with supervisory responsibilities. Thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels under pressure. Effective at setting and managing priorities, troubleshooting, and multitasking. Comfortable with change, time-sensitive tasks, and working in a dynamic environment. Committed to accuracy, performance, and driving process improvements. Demonstrates leadership, management skills, and innovative thinking. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Attention to detail and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment

Travel:

Frequent travel is required.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with property management software: AppFolio, Property Matrix, Knock, and Findigs.

Location:

Properties are located in AL & GA.

Salary Range:
