Assistant Property Manager/Leasing Agent Legacy Homes of Auburn, LLC. Auburn, AL 36832 Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assistant Property Manager to support the daily operations of our property management team. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities Assist in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the property. Rent collection and accounts receivable Maintain accurate tenant files and records using property management software. Customer Service Handle tenant inquiries and resolve conflicts in a professional manner, ensuring high levels of tenant satisfaction. Process unit turnovers Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Administrative tasks such as filing, office inventory, answering and directing calls. Perform data entry tasks related to tenant applications, lease agreements, and maintenance requests. Coordinate maintenance requests. General office maintenance and cleaning. Qualifications Previous experience in property management or a related field is preferred. Strong administrative skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry and record keeping. Excellent conflict management skills to effectively address tenant concerns. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with tenants and staff.

Schedule:
8 hour shift Monday to Friday No overtime Rotating weekends
