This role is responsible for training, supervising, and motivating the leasing team while implementing effective marketing strategies to maximize property performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute creative marketing plans to maintain high occupancy Oversee all aspects of the on-site leasing program , ensuring an exceptional leasing experience for prospective residents Assist the Property Manager in maintaining the physical asset and maximizing financial returns Implement and streamline leasing procedures to improve efficiency and workflow Support the Property Manager in responding to and managing community emergencies Maintain strong vendor and contractor relationships , ensuring proper scheduling, billing, and compliance with insurance requirements Monitor and analyze traffic logs, conversion ratios, budget guidelines, renewals, and marketing data Train, supervise, and provide leadership to the leasing staff to ensure efficiency and effectiveness Ensure compliance with company policies and leasing best practices Perform additional leasing and administrative duties as assigned by the Property Manager and/or

Regional Manager Qualifications & Skills:

2+ years of experience in student housing or property management (preferred) Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills Ability to manage time effectively and set priorities Detail-oriented, flexible, and well-organized Proficiency in computers, finance, management, and marketing Ability to work independently with little supervision Strong dependability and organizational skills Reliable transportation to support property needs Must pass a criminal background check and drug screening Valid driver’s license with a clear

Motor Vehicle Record Physical Requirements:
