The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in property leasing and management, with excellent customer service skills. As a Leasing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in facilitating the leasing process, ensuring resident satisfaction, and maintaining the overall quality of the community. Duties Manage the leasing process from start to finish, including marketing and conducting tours for prospective tenants. Prepare and maintain all necessary documentation related to leases, contracts, and resident files. Plan and execute social events for residents. Maintain regular postings on all social media platforms. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing resident inquiries and resolving any conflicts or issues that may arise. Collaborate with property management teams to ensure communities are well-maintained and meet expectations. Conduct regular inspections of community to assess maintenance needs and follow up on repairs as necessary. Utilize effective phone etiquette when communicating with potential and current residents. Experience Proven experience in property leasing or property management is preferred but not required. Strong administrative skills with attention to detail in managing files and contracts. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle conflict management effectively. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
