The property manager is responsible for overseeing all operational aspects of the assigned residential housing complex (or complexes), including but not limited to, property accounting, leasing, marketing, and maintenance functions. Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Must have valid DL and reliable transportation. Must be able to successfully pass a criminal history, credit and reference checks prior to starting employment. Previous residential property management experience at a tax credit property preferred. Pay & Benefits 40 hrs per week. Work schedule is Monday

• Friday (8:00am
• 5:00pm). On call for emergencies $18.00

00 per hour DOE $35 per paycheck reimbursement fuel and $15 per paycheck cellphone reimbursement is provided. Position is eligible for benefits, paid time off and paid holidays.
