Experienced Property Manager (Long and Short Term Rentals) Stephen Hickman, Real Estate Inc. 1210 Hillcrest Road, Mobile, AL 36695 Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our residential long and short term rentals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining high occupancy levels, ensuring resident and owner satisfaction, manging reservation details, coordinating property maintenance. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively communicate with residents, owners and vendors. Responsibilities Manage all aspects of property operations, including resident relations, leasing, and maintenance. Oversee the preparation and execution of lease agreements, management agreements, and contracts. Maintain accurate records of property files, contracts, for resident and owner information. Implement customer relationship management strategies to enhance resident satisfaction. Coordinate property maintenance activities and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Handle inquiries, complaints, and conflicts in a professional manner. Conduct regular property inspections to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance with local regulations. Collaborate with vendors and contractors for repairs and maintenance services. Administer programs such as Section 8 housing assistance as required. Skills Proficient in property management software and other generally accpeted software. Strong customer service skills with a focus on conflict management. Knowledge of legal administrative processes related to property management. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Effective communication skills for interacting with owners, residents, vendors, and team members. Experience in property maintenance practices is a must. Ability to work independently while being part of a team-oriented environment.
