Full Job Description Job Description Responsibilities:

Oversee the operation of all aspects of an 80 unit property by placing emphasis in areas of maximizing occupancy; Resident retention; Formulating budgets; Meeting or exceeding collection goals and maintaining vendor/contractor communication. Rent collections. Attract and educate new tenants. Investigate and resolve tenant complaints. Budgeting/accounts payables Ensure all work order and repair requests are processed in a timely fashion. Supervise and train property staff.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in LIHTC and Section 8 REQUIRED Ability to build rapport with tenants. Ability to multitask and prioritize. Must be able to demonstrate good customer service and administrative skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills Be well organized and detail-oriented and problem-solving. Strong leadership skills Must be dependable and able to work flexible hours if needed. Valid Driver License Must be able to pass a background check.
