MINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

Attainment of a minimum of a bachelor’s degree from a recognized college or university in real estate, business or public administration or closely related field, and a minimum of five years responsible experience in real property sales and acquisition activities, preferably supplemented by a broker’s license; or a combination of education and experience equivalent to these requirements.
