Duties Manage tenant relations, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly to ensure high levels of satisfaction. Oversee property maintenance by coordinating with vendors and contractors to ensure timely repairs and upkeep. Conduct regular property inspections to assess condition and compliance with safety standards. Maintain accurate records of property management activities, including lease agreements, rent payments, and maintenance requests. Utilize property management software such as OneSite or CMMS for data entry and reporting purposes. Ensure compliance with Section 8 housing regulations and other applicable laws governing property management. Implement effective marketing strategies to attract new tenants and reduce vacancy rates. Provide administrative support by handling phone inquiries, scheduling appointments, and managing correspondence. Experience Proven experience in property management or a related field is preferred. Familiarity with real estate administrative tasks, including lease documentation and tenant screening processes. Strong data entry skills with attention to detail for maintaining accurate records. Knowledge of relevant laws affecting property management practices is advantageous. Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills to foster positive tenant relationships. Sales experience is a plus, contributing to effective marketing efforts for the properties managed.
