The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining property rentals, ensuring tenant satisfaction, and managing property maintenance. The ideal candidate will also be responsible for maintaining our presence throughout several marketing strategies. We utilize several marketing platforms and strategies. Responsibilities

• Utilize property management software to maintain accurate records
• Build and maintain positive relationships with tenants through effective customer relationship management
• Conduct property showings, handle leasing inquiries, and manage the leasing process
• Coordinate property maintenance and repairs using the property management software
• Handle administrative tasks related to property management including filing, reporting, and documentation
• Implement effective sales strategies to maximize occupancy rates
• Resolve tenant issues and conflicts promptly and professionally
• Manage the companies social media platforms Skills
• Proficiency in property management software
• Strong customer relationship management skills
• Experience in property leasing and sales
• Excellent administrative abilities for documentation and reporting
• Ability to handle conflict management effectively
• Proficiency in multiple social media platforms
• General understanding of marketing techniques
