The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, a thorough understanding of real estate management, and the ability to maintain positive relationships with tenants and vendors. This role requires a proactive approach to facilities management, ensuring compliance with Fair Housing regulations while maximizing property value and tenant satisfaction. Duties Manage all aspects of property operations, including leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations. Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and maintenance requirements. Utilize OneSite software for managing tenant applications, lease agreements, and payment processing. Implement effective upselling strategies to enhance occupancy rates and revenue generation. Negotiate lease agreements and renewals with prospective tenants while ensuring adherence to Fair Housing regulations. Handle tenant inquiries and complaints with professionalism, utilizing strong phone etiquette. Coordinate maintenance requests and oversee vendor performance for facility management tasks. Maintain accurate records of property activities, financial transactions, and tenant communications. Prepare reports on property performance metrics for ownership review. Requirements No experience needed. Coachable, humble, and ambitious. Strong administrative skills with attention to detail and organizational abilities. Familiarity with Section 8 housing programs is a plus. Proficient in using property management software, particularly AppFolio. Willing to learn Fair Housing regulations and compliance requirements. Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to resolve conflicts effectively. Strong phone etiquette and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Experience in facilities management is advantageous.
