Position Overview:
We are seeking a responsible, compassionate, and dependable Live-In House Manager to oversee daily operations at two of our sober living homes . This role is vital in maintaining a safe and supportive environment that promotes recovery and accountability.
Please Note:
A minimum of 1 year of continuous sobriety is required for this position.
Responsibilities:
Maintain clean, safe, and recovery-focused living spaces Ensure resident compliance with house rules, curfews, and expectations Conduct regular room inspections and facilitate house meetings Support resident intake and orientation Address conflicts and enforce program accountability standards Maintain logs and communicate with the Director of Operations Report maintenance issues or emergencies promptly
Requirements:
Minimum 25 years of age Minimum of 1 year of continuous sobriety ( required ) Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Basic computer knowledge required Ability to enforce structure while maintaining empathy and professionalism Background check required This is a live-in position.
