Compensation:
$85,000 yearly
Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day operations for designated properties Foster strong, professional relationships with tenants Create and execute yearly operating and capital budgets; prepare and review monthly financial reports Conduct regular property inspections and coordinate vendor bidding and proposals Participate in evening Board of Directors meetings as needed
Qualifications:
