Position Summary:
We are seeking a proactive, organized, and customer-focused Residential Assistant Property Manager to support our property management operations. This is a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our residential properties, providing exceptional service to residents, and assisting the Property Manager with a variety of administrative and operational tasks.
Responsibilities:
Assist the Property Manager with daily operations and resident relations Coordinate leasing efforts, including scheduling tours, processing applications, and preparing lease requests Respond to resident inquiries, concerns, and service requests promptly and professionally Support rent collection and ensure timely processing of payments Help monitor property conditions and coordinate maintenance or repairs as needed Maintain accurate records, reports, and resident files Assist with move-ins, move-outs, and property inspections Contribute to resident retention efforts and community engagement initiatives Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable laws/regulations
Qualifications:
Previous experience in property management, leasing, or a customer service-related field preferred Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and a high level of professionalism Proficiency with property management software (e.g., AppFolio, Yardi) is a plus Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
