The property manager will manage our portfolio of approx. 230 units providing excellent customer service to our residents, investors, and vendors. The property manager is responsible for the management of their properties and team members. Duties Performs application screening, creates leases, coordinates move ins and move outs. Performs renewals, delinquency activities, and creates legal notices as needed. Monitors work orders, communicates with owners, tenants and vendors to ensure repairs are completed in a timely manner. The property manager must perform weekly reporting to ensure the portfolio, and their team are performing their duties well and all IGC company policy and procedure are being maintained and executed. The property manager is responsible for owners NOI to ensure property owners are receiving the best rate of return on their investment. The ideal candidate must have an active real estate license. Delivers excellent customer service to all residents and owners. Works independently and has excellent time management and multi-tasking skills. Skills Licensed Real Estate Agent 2-3 years related experience. Computer software experience to include MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, Rentvine, Basic understanding of Landlord/Tenant laws and application, familiarity with Leases and Addendums, Fair Housing/ADA regulations and application, OSHA & EPA requirements for property management industry. Understand the complexities of real estate investment to ensure the best rate of return for our investors.
