Position Summary We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Commercial Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of assigned properties. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with excellent communication, organizational, and financial analysis skills. Key Responsibilities Serve as primary point of contact for tenants and property owners. Manage leases, including abstracting, compliance, and renewals. Oversee all property operations and maintenance, ensuring high standards across sites. Build and maintain positive relationships with tenants, vendors, and ownership groups. Provide regular updates to senior executives on property performance and issues. Prepare, review, and manage budgets, financial reports, CAM reconciliations, rent rolls, and operating statements. Ensure timely rent collection and resolve delinquencies. Oversee vendor contracts, bidding, and performance evaluations. Conduct routine property inspections to maintain high quality and safety standards. Ensure compliance with lease agreements and property regulations. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial property management. Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, or related field. Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage strict deadlines and coordinate team efforts effectively. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in MS Excel and property management/financial software (commercial real estate software preferred). Understanding of lease terms, escalations, CPI increases, and recovery structures.
