EXP Licensed Luxury Boutique Property Manager Hi-Rise Condo 3.6 3.6 out of 5 stars Pompano Beach, FL 33062 The person filling this position owns responsibility for the management of a luxury beachfront hi-rise condo on the ocean, built in 2005 and under 100 units. This property includes a 24x7x365 front desk/concierge staff and a full-time administrative assistant, along with a dedicated maintenance and janitorial staff. The primary role of a property manager is to serve the board in helping them achieve their goals for the community. The manager is responsible for managing the staff and overseeing all operations including maintenance, finances, administration and compliance with documents and laws.
