Key Responsibilities Lead Generation:
Identify potential homeowners through research, referrals, and networking.
Outreach:
Initiate contact via text messages, emails, and phone calls to introduce our services.
Follow-Up:
Engage in consistent follow-up communications to address questions and build relationships.
Contract Negotiation:
Present and negotiate management agreements, guiding homeowners through the signing process.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new clients.
CRM Management:
Maintain accurate records of interactions and progress in our customer relationship management system. ✅
Qualifications Experience:
Proven track record in sales, business development, or real estate, preferably within the short-term rental industry.
Communication Skills:
