Luxury Lease Up Property Manager Multi-Family Oakland Park, FL 33334 The Property Manager is responsible for the overall operations and success of the community, including managing budgets, maximizing occupancy, overseeing leasing, and ensuring resident satisfaction. This role supervises on-site staff, coordinates maintenance, ensures compliance with fair housing and company policies, and handles rent collection, vendor relations, and reporting. The Property Manager also conducts market analysis, facilitates resident communication, and supports a positive, safe, and well-maintained living environment, while training the Assistant Manager to step in when needed.

$70,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
