We have 7 locations throughout Oakland Park Florida that provides residential and companion services for adults with intellectual disabilities, behavioral and mental health challenges. Responsibilities Supervision and support to ensure health and safety. Manage and train staff, including shift management and scheduling to optimize team performance. Skill training and support in daily living activities Community integration Supervise the care of the individuals served and the maintenance of the facilities Requirements Five years of experience providing management/supervisory services in a group home setting working with individuals with intellectual disabilities. High school/GED diploma required Ability to lift up to 50 pounds; able to push, pull, reach, bend, and squat Must have reliable transportation and pass a 3 year DMV driving record Strong verbal and written communication skills a must Capable of dealing with multiple stressful situations in a calm organized manner
