Role:
As a CBRE Property Management Manager, you will be responsible forsupervising the team responsible for all operational and financialactivities of a single property or small portfolio ofproperties. This job is part of the Property Management job function. They areresponsible for operating buildings on behalf of a client orgroup.
What You’ll Do:
Provide formal supervision to employees. Monitor the trainingand development of staff. Conduct performance evaluations andcoaching. Oversee the recruiting and hiring of new employees. Coordinate and manage the team’s daily activities. Establishwork schedules, assign tasks, and cross-train staff. Set and trackstaff and department deadlines. Mentor and coach as needed. Respond to escalated tenant needs and issues. Act as primary contact with property owners, serving as ownerrepresentative to ensure that objectives are being met. Prepare anddeliver timely, accurate and complete reports. Develop and control annual budgets for operating and capitalexpenses. Forecast management plans and prepare monthly performancereports, explaining variances. Help create programs that will assist the property withemergency recoveries. Prepare all required legal notices for approval. Review tenant rent and common area maintenance recovery chargesto ensure payment is on time. Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with

values. Influence parties of shared interests to reach anagreement. Apply knowledge of own discipline and how own disciplineintegrates with others to achieve team and departmentalobjectives. Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve day-to-day and moderatelycomplex issues which may or may not be evident in existing systemsand processes.
What You’ll Need:
Bachelor’s Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevantexperience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience andeducation will be considered. Ability to guide the exchange of sensitive, complicated, anddifficult information, convey performance expectations and handleproblems. Leadership skills to motivate team impact on quality,efficiency, and effectiveness of the job discipline anddepartment. In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examplesinclude Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. Extensive organizational skills with a strong inquisitivemindset. Why CBRE?
