- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the property, including leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations.
- Market and lease available units to prospective tenants, utilizing effective upselling techniques.
- Conduct property tours and provide information about the property and its amenities.
- Process rental applications, conduct background checks, and prepare lease agreements.
- Collect rent payments and ensure timely payment from tenants.
- Address tenant concerns and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate property maintenance and repairs, ensuring that all work is completed in a timely manner.
