Hometown America has a unique opportunity available for an Office Assistant at Landmark Naples located in Naples, FL.

You will be responsible for:

Create a welcoming and inclusive environment for customers and residents; Perform vital administrative duties supporting the operations of the community; Support the community manager with rent collection, delinquency and expense control, and financial goals; Develop positive and productive relationships with residents to nurture a strong sense of community; Collaborate and plan creative resident events to ensure positive relations and retention; and Perform duties relevant to home sales and leasing. To be successful in this role, candidates should have prior relevant experience or demonstrate attributes and/or transferable experience and skills acquired in a different industry or in a different context: Prior customer service experience required; property management experience a plus. Proficiency with computer software programs, including Microsoft Office products and web-based applications. Excellent organizational, customer service and verbal/written communication skills. The ability to manage multiple tasks, while ensuring that customers feel welcome and “at home” in order to portray a positive company and community image and facilitate a positive start to the home buying process.
