Condominium Manager

Gulf Shore Boulevard North, Naples, FL 34103 Association Office Manager Do you have a passion for keeping communities thriving? We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Office Manager to ensure the smooth operation and well-being of our beautiful Association. This role offers a dynamic and challenging environment where you’ll wear many hats, from maintaining the property to enforcing regulations and fostering a positive community atmosphere.
Responsibilities:
Property Maintenance & Repair:
Oversee the upkeep of all Association property and common areas, including coordinating repairs and replacements as needed.
Compliance & Safety:
Ensure adherence to all Association documents, rules, and regulations. Maintain a comprehensive understanding of building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.) and manage their lifecycles for optimal performance.
Website Management Camera and Access Control Management Project Management:
Lead major repair and replacement projects, from planning and budgeting to contractor selection and oversight.
Enforcement:
Enforce Association rules and regulations, addressing violations and reporting them to the Board.
Communication & Collaboration:
Attend Board meetings, prepare monthly reports, and supervise cleaning staff and contractors working on the property.
Financial Management:
Assist the Board with annual budgeting and manage Association records for major projects. Purchase necessary supplies and services within Board-approved guidelines.
Licensing & Education:
Maintain all required licenses and permits, and attend relevant educational seminars to stay up-to-date.
Qualifications:
Florida CAM license preferred Proficiency in computer programs like Google online applications, document sharing, Quickbooks, Enumerate, systems auditing programs, access control Strong knowledge of property management principles and best practices. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines. Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to providing exceptional service.
