Property Manager – 342 Unit Condo Association Calusa Bay Condominium Association, Inc. 6955 Satinleaf Road North, Naples, FL 34109 Overview We are seeking a Property Manager with experience in large-scale association management to join our team and oversee operations, administration, staff, vendors, and resident communications. This is an exciting opportunity to help guide a vibrant and high-performing community in all aspects of day-to-day and strategic operations. Key Responsibilities Manage property and day-to-day operations for a 342-unit Condo Association Supervise maintenance personnel onsite staff Coordinate projects, manage vendors, and enforce community standards Prepare for and lead Board of Directors (BOD) meetings under Robert’s Rules of Order Oversee community technology: camera systems, key card systems, and website updates Process architectural applications, violations, leases, and sales Communicate effectively with residents, vendors, and board members Ensure compliance with Florida Statute 718 and community regulations Respond to emergencies in a professional and timely manner Qualifications Active Florida CAM License (Required) 5+ years of experience in property/community association management Proficiency in Microsoft Office, camera/key card systems, and website management Excellent organizational and communication skills Valid driver’s license Compensation & Benefits $100,000+ (commensurate with experience) Health Insurance Paid Vacation & Sick Leave Paid Holidays Join Our Team Become a valued member of a vibrant, well-managed community that emphasizes professionalism, integrity, and service excellence.
