Position Overview We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced Property Manager to lead the daily operations and financial performance of our residential properties. This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and a proactive, hands-on approach to delivering an exceptional resident experience and maximizing property value for our investors. Key Responsibilities Financial Management

• Oversee leasing operations to meet budgeted occupancy and rent goals.
• Prepare, monitor, and manage annual budgets; meet quarterly with CFO for review.
• Minimize bad debt (target: ≤2%) and manage delinquent accounts, collections, andevictions.
• Process resident move-in/move-out inspections, security deposit deductions, and finalaccount statements.
• Track and analyze monthly income statements and report concerns to leadership. Customer Service, Leasing & Marketing
• Achieve and maintain a closing ratio of 25% or higher.
• Support leasing team with showings and lead conversion.
• Post and advertise available units; monitor and improve listing quality weekly.
• Conduct market surveys and competitor analysis monthly.
