Responsibilities include:

Oversee the overall financial and operational performance of the property Preparing and presenting monthly, quarterly, and annual statements, analyses, and reports of operations and finances. Responsible for achieving business goals and revenue targets. Overseeing daily operations, managing budgets, and setting performance objectives for the team. Recruiting, training, supporting the property manager and leasing team, and conducting regular performance appraisals. Developing and implementing business, marketing, and advertising plans. Managing internal and external stakeholder relations and negotiating contracts alongside the General Maintenance Manager and Regional Maintenance Director. Planning, evaluating, and optimizing operations to be efficient and cost-effective. Ensuring make-ready turns to meet Navarino quality standards. Ensuring company standards, procedures, and policies are followed. Deal with escalated customer issues, incident reports, and legal actions.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Ability to follow verbal and written instructions. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint). Rent Manager software experience is a plus. Good interpersonal and analytical skills.
