JOB SUMMARY
93 Unit Property Bilingual required The Property Manager plays a crucial role in effectively managing the assigned community under the guidance of the Regional Manager. Responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, maintaining accurate financial records, fostering positive resident relations, implementing marketing strategies, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct all activities in compliance with company policies, Fair Housing laws, ADA, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and other applicable federal and state regulations.
- Manage income collection by maintaining up-to-date resident records, issuing notices for late payments or other issues, and ensuring timely deposit of receipts.
- Cultivate positive relationships with residents by addressing their needs promptly, conducting regular property inspections, and assisting with move-ins and move-outs.
- Implement marketing initiatives to attract new residents, handle lease renewals, maintain leasing records, and contribute ideas for community marketing and resident satisfaction improvement.
- Handle administrative tasks such as updating reports on move-out notices, organizing paperwork, processing leases, security deposits, and service requests from residents.
- Perform general duties as assigned by the Regional Property Manager and act as a backup for all Property Manager responsibilities.

QUALIFICATIONS

WORK HOURS
Full-time position requiring 40 hours per week with a flexible schedule that may include weekends.
DRIVING/TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
- Regular use of personal transportation to inspect properties, visit the bank, and attend corporate meetings (33% to 66% of the time).
- Occasional use of a property golf cart may be necessary.
- Valid driver’s license and automobile insurance are required.
