POSITION DESCRIPTION
Edward Waters University is currently seeking a
NIGHT SUPERVISOR
(FEMALE) for its Upward Bound Program With moderate guidance from the Director of the Upward Bound Program, the Night Supervisor will serve as the onsite female supervisor for summer program participants living on campus. The supervisor is required to remain on shift until released by another staff member; release time is determined by the Director of the Upward Bound Program.
EDUCATION
High School Diploma or its equivalent.
REQUIREMENTS
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Knowledge of the Internet, Windows and Microsoft software applications.
Creativity, flexibility and strength in multi-tasking.
Commitment to exemplary service and support to program participants.
Must be able to pass pre and post-employment assessments, mandatory criminal background, credentialing and reference checks.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Conducts random room checks and documents time of checks.
Provides supervision during night coverage.
Documents all room checks and incidents.
Performs other program related duties as assigned.
