Assistant Property Manager/Leasing Consultant Village at Southern Oaks 7111 North Blue Angel Parkway, Pensacola, FL 32526 We are seeking a part time Assistant Property Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the leasing process, managing tenant relations, and ensuring the efficient operation of the property.
- Duties
- Conduct property tours for prospective tenants and handle leasing inquiries
- Prepare and execute leasing agreements
- Coordinate move-ins and move-outs, including inspections
- Maintain accurate records of all leasing activities and tenant interactions
- Address tenant concerns and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Implement marketing strategies to attract new tenants and retain current ones
- Skills
- Strong sales and upselling abilities
- Proficiency in data entry and record keeping
- Familiarity with Fair Housing regulations and laws
- Experience with OneSite software is a plus
- Excellent conflict management skills
- Understanding of facilities management practices
