Flagler Beach, FL 32136 Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Community Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing community relations, ensuring the smooth operation of facilities, and providing exceptional customer service. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic environment. Responsibilities Manage day-to-day operations of the community facilities, ensuring they are well-maintained and meet safety standards. Maintain accurate record-keeping and reporting. Provide administrative support by maintaining office files, handling correspondence, and managing phone inquiries with professional phone etiquette. Collaborate with Committees to promote community events and initiatives that enhance resident engagement. Address owner concerns promptly and effectively, fostering positive relationships within the community. Support legal administrative tasks as needed, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Requirements Must be a licensed Community Association Manager Proven experience in facilities management is preferred. Familiarity with Yardi or similar property management software is a plus. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on professional phone etiquette. Ensuring and enforcing the Surfside Estates Governing Documents, Rules and Regulations, and applicable FL State Association, Corporation and Cooperative Laws. Overseeing the financial, administrative and operations of the Association. Supervising vendors and service providers as necessary for Community upkeep. Assisting the Board of Directors in implementing policies and decisions. Preparing notices and agendas as dictated by FL Statutes and attending all Board meetings. Proficient in office administration tasks with attention to detail. A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and excellent customer service.
