Program SupervisorThis is an administrative position reporting to the Executive Director.
The ideal candidate must possess communication, leadership and supervisory skills.
QUALIFICATIONS

REQUIRED:
- All degrees must be from an accredited university
- Bachelors degree in social work or a comparable human service field
- Minimum of three years experience working with children and families, preferably in the type of program that the Program Supervisor will be overseeing
- Ability to travel
- First Aid and CPR Certification
- Valid Drivers license
- Employer does drug testing, background, reference and motor vehicle record checks.

Goal of Position:
To manage the daily operations of the residential program and supervise direct service and support staff; coordinate service delivery to ensure that client needs, program goals and contract objectives are effectively met.
Duties and Responsibilities:
With the Executive Director, establishes short and long-term goals to achieve mission.
Plans, organizes staffs, directs and evaluates program activities to meet goals.
Recommend policies to the Executive Director and administers approved policies.
Hires, trains and supervises group home staff.
Develops, directs and implements public relations and communication strategies to support program goals and increase community awareness of programs.
Collaborates with community groups to strengthen and expand the coalition (religious and faith communities, ethnic/cultural, health and human service providers, business, education and neighborhood groups).Monitors trends, legislation and regulations that are relevant to the program’s mission and makes program and advocacy recommendations to the Executive Director.
