Property Manager 4.4 4.4 out of 5 stars Avon Park, FL 33825 We are seeking a property manager to work full-time, Monday through Saturday, at a 55+ Manufactured Home Community (324 sites). The right candidate for this position must have excellent communication skills, strong office skills, be customer service oriented, and professional in appearance.
Required Skills:
Demonstrate ability to create, understand, and manage budgets and finances. Knowledge of Intuit, Quick Books and/or CINC is a plus. Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing. Computer literate (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PDF, etc.) Ability to manage team members. Able to work effectively with a diverse group of people. Job duties may include, but are not limited to: Rent collection Oversee office Customer service & greeting residents Enforcement of Rules and Regulations Multitasker Accounts payable and receivable – CINC software program Errands – bank deposits, post office, etc
