⚐ ⚑ ⚑ Assistant Manager, Apartment Community – Part Time (Tampa) 11725 N 17th st compensation: DOE employment type: job title: Assistant Manager Benchmark Management is accepting applications for the position of Assistant Manager at The Villages at University Square Apartments. This is a part time position, approximately 20 – 25 hours per week. Our Assistant Managers are responsible for assisting the Community Manager to effectively manage the community by handling leasing process, including qualifying of prospective residents, answering telephone, scheduling appointment with prospects, touring community, staying current on Management Software tasks and leasing available apartments.
